How I Work
Tactics and tools alone do not deliver results. Neither does strategy. The combination, in the correct sequence, delivers the results. Every engagement runs the same arc, embedded with your team, between marketing and sales: strategy execution, process, tooling, and the operating model to run it.

The Sequence
Diagnose & Design. Build. Transfer.

Who does the work shifts each phase. The engine ends up yours.
Phase 1
Diagnose & Design
The judgement work: who to pursue, how the motion should run, and what never to send. ICP, targeting, the operating model, and the architecture of the engine.
The judgement is grounded in evidence, not opinion — I spent years measuring how buyers actually respond, down to EEG and eye-tracking, at one of only two UK agencies running a biometric research lab. The output is an operating model: who does what, in what order, with which tools.
What you get
- ICP and account map
- Operating model and process design
- Stack and workflow blueprint

Phase 2
Build
The engine, built on your stack with your team — signal, data, and workflow serving an enterprise motion, not a volume motion.
Clay-certified — which is exactly why I know the tools aren't the answer. The stack serves the sequence, never the other way round. I build the process and the plays on your stack, with your team in the room.
What you get
- The signal and data engine
- Working plays, live in-market
- Systems your team can see inside
Phase 3
Transfer
Training, methodology, and enablement until your team runs it without me. The goal is capability transfer — not dependency.
Frameworks matter — SPIN, MEDDIC, BANT, Challenger — but theory only pays when it's wired into your systems and your sellers' daily behaviour.
What you get
- Team trained on the engine
- Playbooks documented in your language
- The capability stays when I leave

What I don't do
Positioning, messaging and content production are craft in their own right. I bring in partners I trust for that work and keep my own scope on execution: the strategy, the process, the tooling and the operator model. Meet the network.
